An opportunity has developed for a Service Delivery Representative. This person will be responsible for the service delivery process from order receipt to installation for new and existing customers. This includes provisioning tasks required to order voice and data services for new and existing customers as well as redesigns and disconnects.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Prepare, process and submit orders to vendors for new installs, moves and disconnects of voice, data and Internet products
Serve as the primary point of contact and support for customers during the order and install process, from contract signing to one week post installation of services.
Coordinate the testing of moves and installs with the vendors, end users and Field Tech.
Update internal systems with circuit detail information for any new move, install or disconnect.
Manage customer service migrations from one carrier to the next for Long Distance, Toll Free and Local switched services.
Provide high quality customer service and timely product delivery.
Qualifications include
3 – 5 yrs telecom order provisioning or customer service experience with specific knowledge in:
Management of the order entry, service delivery, provisioning, and implementation process.
ASR, LSR, LNP SOA, 800 Resporg, 911, LIDB, MACD, MSAG/LSAG validation, Special Access tariff, PIC Care, Code Administration, and Ancilliary Services
Carrier based circuit inventory, order entry, telephone number, IP address, NPAC, and order management back office systems.
Familiarity with LERG, and AT&T toolbar applications such as Verigate a plus
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently while managing competing demands.
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
